Intercultural Communication is no more just an academic term but a reality. Mono-cultural business belongs only to the past. Besides capital and technical know-how is intercultural competence the deciding factor for success. Since 1997 I have been an active intercultural trainer. I have run intercultural seminars and consulting for Swiss companies and universities about following topics: “Intercultural Management”, “Negotiation”, “Intercultural Communication”, “Business in Asia Pacific”, “Doing Business Successfully with Chinese”, “Workplace Conflict Management”, “Personnel Management in China”, “Chinese Business Knigge”, “Negotiation with Chinese”, “Communicating with Chinese”, “How do I work together with Swiss”, “Leadership-Building in China” etc.

Tang Ren Chinese school was found at the beginning of 1999 in Winterthur and within the short time was expanded into the whole German-spoken areas in Switzerland. We have a qualified team with 50 of native Chinese instructors in whole the German-spoken areas in Switzerland.
